M. redouane ouadi
Journey Morocco was founded by renowned Moroccan culture specialist and travel veteran Monsieur Redouane Ouadi.
He is Morocco's foremost expert in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
Classically timeless, luxurious, modern and authentic, Redouane Ouadi's unmatched Journey Morocco invites you to explore the heart and spirit of Morocco through unsurpassed service.

Background
M. Ouadi was raised in Casablanca. He received his education in Tangier, Morocco, where he earned his undergraduate degree. He completed his post-graduate studies in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
He spent twelve years living in Great Britain before returning to Morocco to be with his family. He later relocated to the United States with his wife and they now divide their time between the two countries.
Credentials
Redouane Ouadi is a government-licensed cultural historian and hospitality authority with more than fifteen years of experience directing high-trust private travel, guest operations, and bespoke arrangements within luxury environments.
Impeccably trained within the traditions of formal service and discretion, he brings a rare combination of operational discipline, cultural fluency, and judgment to every journey he designs.
His career began in Morocco’s leading international hotels, including Le Méridien’s Palace d’Anfa, where he held senior front-of-house and guest relations roles overseeing formal service, VIP arrivals, and black-tie affairs. These formative years established his exacting standards for service flow, privacy, and precision.

Applied Expertise
M. Ouadi later served as a Private Advisor in Casablanca, managing complex client matters that required judgment, continuity, and absolute confidentiality.
He previously served as Head of Staff for Morocco's busiest international travel firm, directing five-star estates, ultra-high-net-worth itineraries, private travel operations, and on-call concierge support across multi-property engagements.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, and officially accredited by the Kingdom of Morocco’s Economic Ministry as an Interprète du Patrimoine Agréé, M. Ouadi operates at the intersection of cultural authority and modern luxury.
M. Ouadi loved the friendly warmth, open-mindedness, and humour of British and American travelers so much that he became inspired to create Journey Morocco.
Through his company, M. Ouadi fulfills his dream to provide guests with memorable, luxurious, fully tailored, one-of-a-kind travel.
His vast experience with (and in-depth expertise about) a wide array of topics equips him to source Morocco's finest venues and private excursions - as well as the most knowledgeable local historians and guides - to craft each and every personalized Journey Morocco tour.
M. Ouadi has lived in many different regions of Morocco: Casablanca, Marrakech, Fes, and Beni Mellal, to name a few. As a local insider, his firsthand knowledge of the best destinations, sights, experiences, and restaurants in each province is unparalleled.
His access to little-known Atlas Mountain hidden gems, secret Sahara Desert oases, and off-the-map Berber hideaways, is found to be immensely valuable to his esteemed guests, who enjoy activities and destinations that are unavailable to the average tourist.
M. Ouadi's passion is in delighting guests with wonderful experiences that aren't found elsewhere. He is fluent, with native proficiency, in Arabic, English, and French. He also speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese.
M. Ouadi has traveled extensively inside and outside of Morocco. Some of his favourite international destinations include Great Britain, the USA, Malta, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.
M. Ouadi is fond of history, politics, animals, geography, sports, and entertainment - no matter where your fancies lie, M. Ouadi is committed to connecting you with the things that speak to your soul.
In his free time, M. Ouadi enjoys traveling, billiards, competing in tournaments, listening to music, relaxing at the beach, playing and watching football (soccer), and spending time with his family, friends, and pet cat, Maya.
