Journey Morocco, an operating brand of The Ouadi Group, Ltd. (“the Company”), is committed to providing inclusive, respectful, and accessible services to all guests, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to ensure that our services are delivered in a manner that upholds the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity.

Our accessibility practices are guided by applicable United States accessibility standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and relevant California accessibility regulations, as well as by Moroccan national frameworks supporting the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities, including policies overseen by the Kingdom of Morocco’s Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.

General Principles

The Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that its policies, practices, and procedures are consistent with the following principles:

A. Provision of Services to Persons with Disabilities

Journey Morocco is committed to:

  • Providing the same level of quality, care, and value to all guests

  • Allowing guests with disabilities to access services at their own pace, where safety permits

  • Using alternative or adaptive methods, when reasonable, to facilitate access to services

  • Considering individual needs when planning and delivering services

  • Communicating in a manner that takes into account a guest’s specific accessibility requirements


B. Assistive Devices

We welcome and support individuals who use assistive devices. Our team endeavours to remain informed about a range of assistive technologies and mobility supports in order to facilitate access to our services wherever reasonably possible.


C. Service Animals

Guests accompanied by a service animal are welcome in areas of our premises and services that are open to the public, except where exclusion is required by applicable law. Service animals are recognised in accordance with relevant U.S., Moroccan, and international guidelines.


D. Support Persons

Guests with disabilities may be accompanied by a support person. Journey Morocco ensures that guests are not prevented from accessing their support person during service delivery, travel planning, or on-the-ground arrangements.


E. Notice of Temporary Disruptions

In the event of a temporary disruption to facilities or services that guests with disabilities rely upon, Journey Morocco will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when possible. Notices may include:

  • The nature of the disruption

  • The reason for the disruption

  • The anticipated duration

  • Available alternatives, where applicable

Notice may be provided through one or more of the following methods, depending on circumstances:

  • Direct communication with affected guests

  • Website notifications

  • Verbal communication at the time of booking or enquiry


F. Feedback Process

Journey Morocco welcomes feedback regarding the accessibility of our services. Guests are encouraged to share feedback, concerns, or suggestions so that we may continue to improve.

Feedback may be submitted by contacting Journey Morocco directly through the communication channels provided on our website. Alternate methods of communication will be accommodated upon request.


G. Training

Journey Morocco provides accessibility awareness training to employees, contractors, and representatives who interact with guests or act on behalf of the Company. Training is provided as soon as practicable and updated as needed to reflect changes in applicable laws, practices, or operational standards.


H. Availability of Documents

Accessibility-related documents and policies are available upon request in formats that take into account individual accessibility needs. Information regarding the availability of such documents may be provided through our website or upon direct enquiry.


Review and Updates
